Delivery & Returns


**Due to Brexit, products purchased that come directly from the EU from the following brands (Mia Cara, Dogbar, 2.8, Labbvenn, Cloud 7, Vackertass, Nordog) will now be subjected to 20% import VAT payment. Customers will be notified by the respective courier companies with the amount payable on arrival**

Our shipping rates were established in October 2017. We reserve the right to change these costs as and when the shipping services we use change, so do please check the shipping costs each time you buy. Duties and taxes are a separate issue so international customers will resolve their own tax and duties fees on receipt of the items.

We are currently setting up a click & collect service from our King’s Road boutique. More details to follow shortly.

Shipping within the UK

£9.00 Royal Mail tracked and recorded delivery for parcels to arrive before Christmas sent before 20th December.

Orders under £50 will be shipped Royal Mail 1st Class £3.50, expected delivery within 2-3 days

Small parcels with goods exceeding £50 will be sent by courier for £6, expected delivery 1-2 days

Any purchase above £75 will receive free shipping

Shipping to European Countries

Small parcels tracked and signed will be sent by courier for £25.

Larger items i.e. dog beds weighing between 3- 8kg or large carton of a combination of items please contact us at where we will help arrange a method of shipping to your country in the most cost effective, fastest and safest way.

As there are so many variables to shipping worldwide, it is best to establish what exactly you would like us to send to you before we provide an accurate, tailor-made cost.

Shipping internationally will incur local taxes and duties and these costs are passed on to the recipient and cannot be refunded if the goods are returned. Once the cost of delivery has been established we will dispatch the goods within 1-2 days of the joint decision of purchase.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you or your pet may change their mind on your purchase. Within 14 days Love My Human are happy to refund or exchange non-perishable items provided they are in new and unused condition with all packaging still in tact.

You will need to present original proof of purchase and payment type. Refunds will only be made to the card used to make the purchase.

Special orders or customised items are excluded from our refund and exchange policy.
